.........Unzip the Spine...... ..with.Paddy McGrath

Once again we are pleased to host one of our favorite teachers, the spinal yoga extraordinaire, Ms McGrath. Paddy always blows minds with an unconventional and insightful approach to asana that really transcends the average level of teaching we get accustomed to seeing. Her background draws from Iyengar, Ashtanga, and the more unorthodox teachings of Angela Farmer.

Focusing on the natural, subtle movements of the spine, and honoring the beauty and symmetry of the asanas we will focus on inner silence inside energetic dynamics of flowing asanas., challenging ourselves on all levels. These workshops are for everyone looking to experience a new level within their yoga practice, but not suitable for complete beginners.

Sat &Sun 10-11th March at 1:30PM (focus)

....Cost: 300 B. for class card holders

800 B. for Drop-in

How to Choose a Class
Start with a few sessions of ELEMENTS to get an idea of how we do yoga here. When you're comfortable with that sequence, move up to FLOW and when you need a serious workout head into BLISS or FOCUS. All of our instructors have a good knowledge of yoga; though teaching styles vary just as personalities do. Just show up 20 minutes before your your first class!

When Coming to Class
You can wear shorts and a T-shirt. Try not to eat for about two hours before class. If you have any physical problems or injuries, be sure to inform the teacher before class starts. You'll have a great time!
