and take the journey to Elements!
We appreciate and recognise excellence... and its this driving force that consistently pushes us to strive to be among the best in the world. With his love and passion for yoga, Adrian persistently says NO to second quality teaching. Despite the different background and ethnicity, everyone at Elements shares the mutual love and respect for yoga. We might hail from different schools or training, but we come together as one for Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, under one roof.
In fact, this is where we are different: we integrate the best teachings from around the world into one. Our students enjoy the diverse, yet easily accessible practice that the teachers at Elements teach with passion. We love the fact that we get to learn and grow together with you, the students. No one should walk alone on the path to yoga!

How we came to be
Ever fascinated by the supernatural and mysticism of all kinds, Adrian Cox has always perceived the world as deeper and more than described by the science courses. His quest for spiritual growth pulled him to India on several occasions. Although India had helped him achieved spiritual realization at a certain level, it was not until his journey to Thailand that set him on this life-long expedition he is walking on now.

During one of his many pilgrimages to India in 1999, Adrian practiced Vipassana meditation in Thailand en route to New York. A vision came to him while meditating; a building, a yoga studio, and him sitting at the front of a room surrounded by a group of students. Intuitively he knew it was a message from his higher conciousness.
Without a sense of doubt and hesitation, Adrian quit his job as a computer engineer, and enrolled in a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training Course with Om Yoga in New York. Nonetheless, he did not return to Thailand upon completion, instead, Adrian set off on a 2-year trail, exploring more of India, Nepal and Turkey.

Finally, in January 2002, Adrian opened the door of Yoga Elements Studio (Y.E.S.) in the capital city of Thailand - Bangkok. Starting on a shoestring budget with no commecial exposure, he brought to the region the very first Ashtanga and Vinyasa studio. News about the quality teaching and authenticity of Elements spread quickly and our popularity shot up overnight just by word of mouth. The response and demand were so overwhelming that we were forced to expand and move to our current location. |

As the new studio was undergoing renovation, Adrian realized that this is precisely the building that he saw in Vipassana mediation. All the images came flashing back. His intuition has been right, for Elements continues to grow and flourish, and gaining international recognition along the way.
