Elements: Beginners - will give you an accessible, yet solid foundation to properly breathe and safely do sun salutation and some of the fundamental yoga.
Flow: Intermediates - flow is fun and stress-reducing vinyasa workout emphasizing breath & movement, flexibility & strength!
Bliss: Advanced - a yogic workout with arm balances, stronger backbends and handstand practice for the experienced students of yoga.
Focus: Experienced - Our signature 2 hours class a total yoga experience to leave you centered and inspired!
New class! Ojas: The biochemical of Bliss with Shiang Ying - This class is centered to build up our root force, our basic fuel - Ojas - through mindfulness, clarity of intention, and JOY! While the technical precision will guide you into harmonizing the alignment of body and mind with your heart's wisdom.
New class! Trancendas: A combination of yoga postures, breathing, and NLP with Adrian Cox.
All classes are based around Ashtanga Vinyasa, but the sequence varies from class to class.
How to choose a class
Start with ‘elements’ to learn how to do Ujjayi breathing properly align your body and do Sun salutations. When you know how to do Sun salutations and are comfortable with Ujjayi, you will be ready for ‘flow’ level.
Experienced students who need more challenging will join ‘bliss’
Class guidelines
You can wear shorts and a T-shirt. Try not to eat for about 2 hours before class. If you have any physical problem or injuries, be sure t inform the teacher before class start.
Practice about 5 times per week to get the most benefits.
