All classes are based around Ashtanga Vinyasa, but the sequence varies from class to class unless specifically labeled as ‘Ashtanga’

How to choose a class

Start with ‘elements’ to learn how to do Ujjayi breathing properly align your body and
do Sun salutations. When you know how to do Sun salutations and are comfortable with Ujjayi, you will be ready for ‘flow’ level.
Experienced students who need more challenging will join ‘bliss’

Class guidelines
You can wear shorts and a T-shirt. Try not to eat for about 2 hours before class. If you have any physical problem or injuries, be sure t inform the teacher before class start.
Practice about 5 times per week to get the most benefits. You’ll have a great time!
