YIN : Relax! Longer holds of static yoga poses which bring about meditative calm and enhanced awareness. (90 min)
For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least 3 months.
FLOW : Fun, breath-focused vinyasa flow at an intermediate level challenge. Each class builds heat, breath in a flow. Includes short meditation and a mini-workshop on how-to-practice a specific area of yoga. (90 min)
For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year
BLISS : Raise your practice to the next level. A complete yoga experience with stronger, deeper postures linked together using breath-focused Vinyasa. Each class includes meditation, pranayama and chanting. 90 min)
