ALL-LEVELS
For completely new as well as experienced students. Focus on learning the fundamentals or just take it easy

ELEMENTS 
all-level classes focused on teaching and learning. Gain strong fundamentals with good alignment, technique and breath transitions.  (90 min)

YIN
Relax! Longer holds of static yoga poses which bring about meditative calm and enhanced awareness.

INTERMEDIATE
For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least 3 months.

FLOW
Fun, breath-focused vinyasa flow at an intermediate level challenge. Each class builds heat, breath in a flow. Includes short meditation and a mini-workshop on how-to-practice a specific area of yoga.

For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year

BLISS
Raise your practice to the next level. A complete yoga experience with stronger, deeper postures linked together using breath-focused Vinyasa. Each class includes meditation, pranayama and chanting
