The Usage of Yoga Stick

Yoga Stick is a prop designed to help to release muscular tensionin the body as it works on smaller masses of muscles and those in deeper layers. it draws out joint mobility naturally available in your body. By awakening the deeper muscles,it helps realign your body axis, the basis of good posture and release tension around shoulder and back. It is also an effective tool to teach correct alignment in yoga poses.

Yoga Stick for Shoulder & Neck Problem/Scoliosis

Opens to teachers, therapist and student with shoulder problem & scoliosis Yoga Stick is an effective tool that helps in spinal problem such as back pain, slip dics, scoliosis, frozen shoulder and even paralyze patient. In this workshop 3R therapy method will be introduce. Yoga stick is a simple and effective method to solve spinal problems. Result can be mesured even in one lesson.

Josephine Chan is the founder of Surya Yoga. She is a certified Yoga instructor graduated from yoga Arts Australia with more than 15 years teaching experince. Under the mentorship of Louisa Sear as well as various leading instructor across Australia, USA and India. Jo cemented her teaching skils by becoming a certified Pre natal Yoga Instructor which was under the guidance of Ana Davis, Bliss Yoga Australia.
