For completely new as well as experienced students. Focus on learning the fundamentals or just take it easy

ELEMENTS- all-level classes focused on teaching and learning. Gain strong fundamentals with good alignment, technique and breath transitions.  (90 min)

YIN - Relax! Longer holds of static yoga poses which bring about meditative calm and enhanced awareness. (90 min)

INTERMEDIATE

For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least 3 months.

FLOW – Fun, breath-focused vinyasa flow at an intermediate level challenge. Each class builds heat, breath in a flow. Includes short meditation and a mini-workshop on how-to-practice a specific area of yoga. (90 min)

ADVANCED

For students who have already been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year

BLISS – Raise your practice to the next level. A complete yoga experience with stronger, deeper postures linked together using breath-focused Vinyasa. Each class includes meditation, pranayama and chanting (90 min)
