Our prenatal classes are taught by Tonia, a qualified certified pre-natal and post-natal yoga teacher. Tonia is both a mother of two girls and a long time dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner. She has been teaching over 8 years with more than 3000 hours of teaching experience.

Being an experienced mother herself, Tonia will support you in the time leading
up to the birth of your baby. These pre-natal classes are gentle and nurturing, and are suitable for all would-be mothers even those without any prior yoga experience. Those with an established regular yoga practice will also benefit from the slower and gentler classes.
